Trade-In Terms & Conditions
1. How does the trade-in process work?
At bgadgets.com, trade-ins are handled manually. You submit your device details using our Trade-In Form. Our team will review your submission and respond with an offer or follow-up questions.
2. Do I need to send my device right away?
No, please do not send your device until you receive a confirmation email with our offer and instructions. If accepted, we will provide you with packaging/shipping information.
3. How is the value of my device calculated?
We assess trade-in value based on factors like model, condition, storage, accessories, and current resale demand. All quotes are subject to inspection upon receipt.
4. What happens if my device condition doesn’t match my description?
If the actual condition differs from the form submission, we’ll revise the offer and email you a new quote. You’ll have the option to accept or reject it. If you reject, we’ll return your device free of charge.
5. When will I be paid?
Once we receive and inspect your device, payments are processed within 2–4 business days via your selected payment method (bank transfer or store credit).
6. Is postage covered?
If your trade-in is accepted, we may provide a pre-paid shipping label. For rejected or cancelled trade-ins, return shipping may be at your cost unless otherwise agreed.
7. Can I cancel my trade-in?
Yes, you can cancel your trade-in at any time before dispatching your device. Once it has been shipped to us, cancellations are only possible if we haven’t processed or accepted the trade-in.
8. Are trade-ins final?
Once your trade-in is received, accepted, and paid for, the transaction is considered final. Devices cannot be returned after payment has been issued.
9. What devices do you accept?
We currently accept select smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Eligibility depends on market demand and condition. If unsure, submit your device through the form — we’ll review and advise.
